Therapy for Effective Change
Bria Milicevic, Ph.D., CAS PSY26163
Welcome! I am a California licensed psychologist with over 15 years experience serving adolescent and adult clients virtually and in person. I specialize in addictions, anxiety, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
I am passionate about supporting individuals in deepening their insight and awareness, and in making meaningful changes that align with their values. As a therapist, I empower clients to access their own inner wisdom, clarify their goals, and discover the path that feels right for them.

MY MISSION AND VISION
I TAKE AN ACTION-ORIENTED, SOLUTION-FOCUSED APPROACH, USING EVIDENCE-BASED INTERVENTIONS TO HELP CLIENT CREATE REAL, LASTING RESULTS.
MY APPROACH IS COLLABORATIVE, AUTHENTIC, RELATIONAL, AND ATTUNED TO THE NERVOUS SYSTEM.
In addition to talk therapy, I integrate yoga-informed somatic practices and mindfulness-based techniques to support emotional awareness and regulation. When helpful and always by choice, sessions may include gentle movement, breathwork, or grounding exercises.
MY EXPERIENCE
I bring over 15 years of combined experience as a psychologist and in social work within the child welfare field.
I have extensive expertise working within the juvenile justice, family, and mental health court systems. I earned my Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University. I completed my clinical training through internship and residency at Marin County Health & Human Services and Kaiser Permanente.
I am certified as an Addiction Specialist by the American Academy of Health Care Providers in the Addictive Disorders and hold additional certification in Yoga Psychology. In addition to my clinical work, I have served as a supervisor to postdoctoral fellows and master’s level interns, supporting the next generation of mental health professionals.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under Federal law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
